Notes:
1.According
to the regulations of the Health Insurance Bureau, the medicines and
health materials, which are not covered by health insurance, shall
be self-paid. The expenses of medicine, tests and examinations shall
be partially charged.
2.Veteran
Serviceman: Only the character “榮” marked on the Health Insurance can
be given special discount; one who only holds “Veteran Serviceman Card”
will not be given special discount.
3.One
who holds insufficient documents for special discount, shall be charged
by self-paid expense, and will be refunded within seven days, after
supplementing related documents.
4.Child
Manual: Over the authorized times of using Health Insurance Card will
not be charged; however partial expenses of medicine, tests and examinations
shall be self-paid.
5.Child
under 3 years old (of health-insurance status) will be charged registration
fee of NT$100, free of partial charge. However, the part, which is not settled by health insurance, shall be self-paid.
6.Dentistry
Division: Over the authorized times of using Health Insurance Card
will be charged; partial expense of medicine will not be charged, however,
the expenses of tests and examinations will be charged.
7.As
for rehabilitation, need to charge partially depending on complexity.
8.National
military officers and students: Totally free of partial charges which
shall be paid as per whole people’s health insurance (basic partial
charge, and partial charges of medicines, examinations and tests) for
outpatient.
9.National
military organized employees and non-military employees: Totally free
of basic partial charge for outpatient; however, the partial charges
of medicines, examinations and tests for outpatient shall be paid according
to the standards announced by Health Insurance.
10.This charge standard shall be amended according to
the updated proclaimed laws.
